RETURNS
Please note that our products could be hand-assembled, hand-stitched or/and hand-polished; hence there might be a slight difference in colour, polishing or shape.
instinc.sg will accept returns of new, unpacked, unused, unaltered products in a perfect, re-sellable condition as originally received in their original packaging with your original receipt within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. instinc.sg reserves the right to deny the return if those requirements are not met.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement. However, in some cases, instinc.sg will accept the return of unsealed products, depending on their condition, with a restocking fee. The restocking fee can vary from Signapore dollars 10 to 50 per product, depending on the case.
Bespoke and personalised products cannot be returned for a refund.
Please do not send any packages without contacting the Customer Support team first, as every return requires a unique Return number. instinc.sg can deny a return if it is sent without a Return number.
The customer is solely responsible for the shipping fees of the order returned. In most cases, instinc.sg will offer a courier collection service or/and shipping label to return an order, with some minor exceptions for international orders. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the final return total. The refund shipping fees can vary from Singapore dollars 10 to 50 per product, depending on the country.
instinc.sg are not liable for any international and EU taxes and customs duties. If instinc.sg is obliged to pay import taxes or customs duties for the order returned, instinc.sg has a right to deduct the amount of the taxes or duties paid from the total refund amount.
instinc.sg reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at instinc.sg' sole discretion.
The refund will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the items at our facilities, which could take up to 14 business days. Refunds are solely processed to the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, please contact Customer Support. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

WARRANTY
While our products could be designed to be repaired, we cannot allow customers to perform repairs at home due to safety and legal reasons. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself, as it will void the warranty. Please contact our Customer Support team first.
instinc.sg warrants the original purchaser of this product; when purchased from an authorized reseller or distributor, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the length of the warranty period of one (1) year. If, during the period of warranty, this product proves defective under normal use as per the user guide provided with this product, you should return this product to the retailer from whom it was originally purchased.
instinc.sg does not warrant against (1) Any damage due to the act of nature, God or any cause beyond the control of instinc.sg, caused by but not limited to lightning strikes, tornado, water, fire, earthquake, public disturbances or other external causes; (2) Alterations or modifications to any part of the product; (3) Misuse, negligence, damage caused by accidents, abuse or failure to comply with product manual instructions; (4) Normal wear and tear, scratches or patina as a result of wear; (5) Damage caused by un-authorised service performed by a third party or anyone who is not representative of instinc.sg or failure to follow instructions relating to the product usage. Notwithstanding the foregoing clause, instinc.sg does not exclude, limit or suspend the minimum legal warranty period imposed by applicable law. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect instinc.sg to process a warranty claim within 14 business days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of a repair it free of charge, a store credit refund or a replacement of an item. Last is subject to stock availability. instinc.sg cannot guarantee that the same product is available when processing your warranty claim. For discontinued products, we will offer store credit or alternative products.
The customer is solely responsible for the shipping and delivery of the products to the return centre.
